  • Do CE credits expire?
    Yes. CE expiration dates vary by profession. Refer to the credit statement on the program page for details.
  • Do you accept international purchases?
    Yes, we gladly accept international purchases. If you experience any issues while placing your order, please contact us at support.nmhm@wwnorton.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.
  • Do you share my data with third parties?
    CE recipient data may be shared with credentialing boards for auditing or reporting purposes when required. Otherwise, user data is not sold or shared.
  • Can I delete my account or request removal of my data?
    Requests for account deletion or data removal can be submitted to support@ce-go.com. Accounts may be disabled; however, data associated with issued CE credits must be retained to meet credentialing board compliance requirements.
  • What are you going to do with my data?

  • Can I purchase products in bulk for my organization?
    Yes. Bulk purchasing options are available. Contact nmhm@wwnorton.com to discuss organizational needs and receive a customized quote. Options include assigning coupons to individual courses or creating discounted course bundles.

    No. Accounts and materials are intended for individual use only.
  • Are your materials accessible for people with disabilities?

  • Are transcripts or captions available for videos?
    All videos include closed captioning. Transcripts are not currently available.
  • Can I download videos or materials for offline use?
    Videos are not downloadable. Some handouts, worksheets, and supporting materials may be available for download. Refer to the course page for details.
  • How long will I have access to the course content?
    Lifetime access is provided as long as the course remains available.
  • How do I know if a course meets my state’s CE requirements?
    State-specific CE requirements should be confirmed directly with the applicable licensing board.
  • Are your CE credits approved by licensing boards?
    Approval varies by course. Refer to the specific course page for licensing board information.
  • How do I access past programs I've purchased?
    Previously purchased CE courses can be accessed within the member account. To sign in, click the “Sign In” button on the portal page and follow the prompts.
  • How can I contact customer support?

  • How do I reset my password?
    You can update your account information and reset your password by logging in and clicking your account icon or name, then navigating to Profile and selecting the Password tab. If you need additional assistance, please contact support@ce-go.com.
  • What are the system requirements for viewing CE courses?
    The platform is accessed through a standard web browser and does not require any software installation. Courses can be viewed on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet connection. For the best experience, use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
  • How do I enroll in a course?
    Select the desired course and follow the registration steps.
  • Is the content free or paid?
    Pricing details are listed on each product page.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Payments are processed through Stripe Connect using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and many local card networks.
  • Can I watch content on the go?
    Member accounts are mobile-friendly, though courses are best experienced on laptop or desktop devices.
  • What is your satisfaction guaranteed policy?
